Shagorika Indian Restaurant – Authentic Flavors & Friendly Service in Market Harborough

We've just been in for dinner. We haven't been to Market Harborough in over 4 years. The last time we came we had dinner here. We were visiting our friend and asked to come here for dinner again. They never let us down. The food was amazing as always and the guys that work there work hard to make your experience enjoyable. It was quiet but I guess it was early in the evening. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Very kind and talkative staff Suitable for holiday days to relax with friends Good food with lots of choices Good curry but taste a bit similar to me The free pre-dinner crepes are delicious Note that the restaurant does not serve alcohol But guests can bring their own alcohol for no extra charge! Praise!

First Class! I did stop going to Shahorika as it seemed to lose its way but oh my goodness! It’s back!! Had several wonderful meals in there this year and just ordered a takeaway that is equally awesome. For me, the reason I will keep going back is that they appear to have their consistency back. When a restaurant delivers great food one week and terrible the next, it becomes a lottery that most won’t risk. Shagorika for me is now consistently great. Well done you guys!

Honest review.. Table booked 7.40 and seated within 3 mins so all good . Food was fine and well presented good portion size. Too . 45 mins after stater finished the mains came out .. in between this, there was no tableservice for drinks at all, which I feel was a little poor, there seems to be more takeaways coming past the table, going out the door than there was feeding the tables., the couple on the table next to us also waited a long time for their mains with little table service . I think for me, it’s a fine line, where you want to look after the people in your restaurant or l do you want to be a takeaway?.. there was definitely more food going out the door than than coming to the tables.. No complaints with food or price .. just be nice if the service was better . Would I come back ? Yes would try again Clive

Our first visit here last night. Lovely restaurant, delicious food, great service. Mango chicken superb. Poppadoms crispy, not greasy, as were the samosas. Waiters very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic food at great prices. Love that they offer paneer as I don’t eat meat or chicken curries. I had a paneer pathia and it was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. You take your own tipple and glasses are provided. Everyone was very happy with our meals. Go you won’t regret it

Amazing meal at Shagorika at such a reasonable price. Very tasty food provided with such lovely service. Munir was a great host. Would definitely visit again!
